Public Hearing on 2025-2028 TIP Amendment

The Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) will hold a public hearing on Monday December 16, 2024 at 10am regarding proposed amendments to the Bismarck-Mandan 2025-2028 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The meeting will be held in conjunction with the regularly scheduled meeting of the MPO Technical Advisory Committee in the Ed "Bosh" Froehlich Meeting Room of Mandan City Hall at 205 2^nd Ave NW Mandan, ND.

The purpose of the hearing is to provide an opportunity for public involvement in the review of proposed amendments to the TIP. The TIP includes federally funded metropolitan area transportation projects over a four-year time frame. An amendment to increase the costs for a Mandan RRFB project will be considered. Following the consideration period of citizen's comments, the proposed amendment will be adopted, contingent upon no substantive change required due to public comments.
