LindenGiving Partners with OASIS, Giving 110 Thanksgiving Meals

Lindenwood University's community outreach endeavor, LindenGiving, is teaming up with OASIS Food Pantry for the fifth consecutive year to serve most essential needs of the St. Charles community, this Thanksgiving season. The partnership will provide 110 Thanksgiving meals to families in the St. Charles area.

OASIS Food Pantry is a volunteer-run organization, located one mile from Lindenwood's campus. Open year round, OASIS offers St. Charles residents food, hygiene materials, and clothing free of charge.

In the generous spirit of Thanksgiving, the partnership has seen students, staff, and faculty volunteer to package and deliver meals to the community. Since its creation in 2020, LindenGiving has garnished regional attention for its efforts in assisting the St. Charles community.

Speaking on the partnership, LindenGiving Chair Beverly Porter shared, "It is with this heart of gratitude and great joy that LindenGiving is honored and pleased to once again partner with Oasis Food Pantry and Schnucks to supply 110 complete meals to local families this holiday season. We pray that these provisions will not only bring nourishment for a time but a sense of encouragement and hope for the future."

Anybody interested in donating to LindenGiving can do so directly through the LindenGiving site. 100% of donations go towards supporting quarterly community initiatives.
