Barnes & Thornburg has been recognized by the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance as one of 82 U.S. and global law firms that are "Tipping the Scales" with 50 percent or more women in their 2024 new partner class, marking the third time the firm has achieved this recognition in recent years. The Alliance's 2024 New Partner Report presents publicly available data on the gender distribution of attorneys elevated to partner positions in law firms.
Women make up 54 percent of Barnes & Thornburg's 2024 partner class, surpassing the annual report's findings that women constitute 41.6 percent of new partners in surveyed firms.
