Q: Is France preparing to organize the return of its nationals from Lebanon, given how difficult it is for many people to leave the country?

A: Due to the volatile security situation, we have offered recommendations to our compatriots that we invite you to consult.

Let me remind you that Lebanon has been an orange or red zone since October 17, 2023. Red means that no travel should take place. Orange means that travel is not advised, except for extremely compelling reasons. The Ministry's web site has issued this reminder repeatedly over the past several months and recent weeks.
