Extended July 4th Celebration!

Here's what's happening in Daytona Beach for the Independence Day weekend:

Thursday, July 4

An extended fireworks display over the Atlantic Ocean in Daytona Beach will start at about 9:45 p.m. Spectators can view the show from the boardwalk behind the Hilton Oceanfront Resort, on the beach or in Breakers Oceanfront Park. The pyrotechnic extravaganza follows a free concert at 7:15 p.m. by the Alter Eagles, an Eagles tribute band, at the Oceanfront Bandshell.

Friday, July 5, 7:15 p.m.

U.S. Bee Gees: Bee Gees tribute concert at Daytona Bandshell

Saturday, July 6, 7:15 p.m.

Southern Cross & Bad Moon Rising: Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young and Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute concert at Daytona Bandshell. A fireworks display will begin at about 9:45 p.m., following the concert.
