Courthouse Roof Replacement Project

Deschutes County (hereinafter referred to as "Owner") will receive bids for a Removal and Replacement roof project at the Deschutes County Courthouse at 1164 NW Bond, Bend Oregon.

Scope of Work:

Removal of existing roofing down to the built-up roof system with inspection, cleaning, and potential repair of BUR prior to proceeding.
Do not remove more in one work period than can be rendered watertight at the end of that work period.

Install new roof system: Over salvaged BUR; Fully adhere 2-layers of 2.6" polyisocyanurate insulation and tapered insulation (crickets); fully adhere ½" layer of HD coverboard; fully adhere 80 mil TPO membrane system, flashings and walk-pads, termination bars, new clad metal, new scuppers, pre-painted standing seam coping metal, perimeter wood nailers, beveled cedar siding on parapets; surface mounted reglets, counter-flashing metal; fall protection warning line, raising of equipment to meet height requirements, and all incidentals, to complete the specified warranted system/assembly.

Over salvaged BUR; Fully adhere 1-layer of 1.5" polyisocyanurate insulation and tapered insulation (crickets); fully adhere ½" layer of HD coverboard; fully adhere 80 mil TPO membrane system, flashings and walk-pads, termination bars, new clad metal, new scuppers, pre-painted standing seam coping metal, perimeter wood nailers, beveled cedar siding on parapets; surface mounted reglets, counter-flashing metal; fall protection warning line, raising of equipment to meet height requirements, and all incidentals, to complete the specified warranted system/assembly.
