Erin Lenox Named President of National Accounts for Cigna Healthcare

Bloomfield, CT - August 26, 2024 - Cigna Healthcare has named longtime industry leader Erin Lenox as president, National Accounts for its U.S. Employer business.

In this role, Erin will be responsible for growth across National Accounts, which serves employers with more than 3,000 employees, Taft-Hartley/federal plan employers, and broker exchanges. She will serve on the U.S. Employer senior leadership team and will work with leaders across the enterprise to fuel innovation and deliver greater value for employer clients and customers.

Erin brings 25 years of industry experience to Cigna Healthcare. Most recently, she served as senior vice president, Sales and Client Management, for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, leading its Commercial and National Market segments. Prior to this, she was the lead consultant for large, complex employers in the health and benefits practice at Willis Towers Watson.

Erin has a master's degree in public health from Yale University. She has served as president of the New England Employee Benefits Council and was a member of the board of directors for Consortium Health Plans.
