Replace Change Announcement of Cessation :: Resignation of Executive Officer

Resignation of Ms Tan Huiying as Executive Officer and Group Director, Quality and Operations.

This replacement announcement supersedes the announcement released by the Company on 9 September 2024 at 5:26 p.m. (Announcement Reference No. SG240909OTHRAUT3)("Previous Announcement").

There were unintentional typographical errors in the Previous Announcement relating to the "Date of the appointment to current position" and the "Number of cessations of appointments specified in Listing Rule 704(7) or Catalist Rule 704(6) over the past 12 months". The "Date of the appointment to current position" of Ms. Tan Huiying should be 1 July 2016 instead of 1 July 2024, and the number of cessations of appointments specified in Listing Rule 704 (7) over the past 12 months should be 6 instead of 7.

Save as disclosed above, all other details in the Previous Announcement remains unchanged.
