BPD in the Community: District A-7 Served Up Meals with the East Boston Soup Kitchen

We hope you had a safe and happy holiday weekend!

Captain Bickerton and our officers from the District A-7 Community Service Office spent an afternoon at the East Boston Soup Kitchen, serving up hot holiday meals!

While helping with food distribution, our officers had the chance to connect with community members, sharing conversations and a few laughs. Getting out in the community and getting to know people in good times and bad is what makes Community Policing so powerful.

A huge thank you to the East Boston Soup Kitchen for the incredible work they do and to everyone who joined us in making the day extra special!
