The City has project and construction updates to share with the community.

Briggs Road and Old Newport Road - Roadway Construction

Lennar Development has completed work on Briggs and Old Newport Roads. All lanes are now open.

Ridgemoor Road - Eastern Municipal Water District (EMWD) Pipeline Project

EMWD has completed work on Ridgemoor Road west of Valley Boulevard. All lanes are now open.

Holland Road and Hanover Lane - Street Improvements by Del Oro Apartments

The Del Oro Apartments have completed street improvements on Holland Road and Hanover Lane. All lanes are now open.

Holland Road Overpass - City Capital Improvement Project

Holland Road Overpass is now open! Menifee residents now have a new east-west route that will cut down travel times and reduce congestion at nearby crossings. Drive cautiously as there will be ongoing construction to finalize the project. For additional information and to sign up for project updates, visit www.hollandoverpass.com.

Menifee Road from North of Aldergate Drive to McCall Boulevard - Road Improvements

The City has started road improvements on Menifee Road from north of Aldergate Drive to McCall Boulevard. Traffic control be in place and delays should be expected during construction. The project is expected to be completed by end of October.

Antelope Road from Ethanac to McLaughlin Roads - Nova Battery Project

Antelope Road will be closed from Ethanac to McLaughin Roads while construction occurs on the Nova Battery Project. Traffic control and detours will be in place and delays should be expected during construction. The project is expected to be completed by end of October.
