Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 1:18 PM Troopers arrested Savon Q. Walker, age 23, of 38 Arch Street, Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Manufacturing/Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance (Crack Cocaine 5.1 Grams), 2.) Manufacturing /Delivery/Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I/II Controlled Substance (Fentanyl 6.1 Grams), 3.) Driving in Possession of Controlled Substance, and 4.) Driving With Expired or Without License - Fourth or Subsequent Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Gaspee Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake Center.
