PUBLIC NOTICE of ONLINE AUCTION for the sale of CHEMUNG COUNTY SURPLUS EQUIPMENT. Bidding starts at 6:00 P.M. on Dec 11th, 2024 and bids close on Dec 20th, 2024 at approximately 6:00 P.M. Items include two Sterling plow trucks, five retired Sheriff vehicles, five old transit buses, one pickup truck, a John Deere loader and several miscellaneous items.

Current registered bidders are free, NEW bidders are charged a one-time fee of $10.00 to register their credit card which is required to bid online at AuctionsInternational.com. ONLY online bids at this website will be accepted. Successful bidders shall pay a buyer premium over high bid of ten percent (10%) for cash transactions and fourteen percent (14%) for credit transactions plus NYS sales tax. All items are sold as-is, where-is. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranty for fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
