The number of shares owned by Fredrick J Stanley includes 229,289 shares of our common stock directly held by Fredrick J Stanley and 125,000 shares of our common stock held through JSF Resources LTD Partnership. JSF Resources LTD is a limited partnership that is owned by FSJ Secure Trust, of which Fredrick J Stanley is the sole beneficiary.
