GENTEXT/REMARKS/1. The purpose of this MARADMIN is to announce the
results of the Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) Equal Opportunity Advisor
(EOA) board. Per reference (d), EOA is a Type 2 "B" Billet. Marines
selected will attend the EOA Course (EOAC) at the Defense Equal
Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI), Patrick Space Force Base,
Florida. The following applicants were selected and assigned to
the following EOAC (read in three columns):

3. The following applicant was board selected for a special
billet assignment (read in four columns):

4. Official assignments will occur via the TFRS request, upon
adjudication by MMEA. Marines are required to have obligated service
prior to attending DEOMI (36 months from date of graduation). Those
Marines that do not have the obligated service are required to gain
the additional obligated service to meet the requirement. Requests
to retire prior to the completion of the 36 months from date of
graduation will not receive favorable endorsement.
5. These selections were coordinated with MMEA-25. All TAD and
follow-on permanent change of station/permanent change of assignment
orders for the above listed Marines will be transmitted via separate
correspondence.
6. All slated class dates and future command assignments are
subject on the needs of the Marine Corps and the requirements of the
EOA Program.
