Capital Region Chamber: Pioneer Bancorp, Inc. Reports September Quarterly Results, Net Income of $6.3 Million

"Pioneer Bancorp, Inc. ("Pioneer") (NASDAQ: PBFS), a leading financial institution in New York's Capital Region, today reported the results for the three months ended September 30, 2024. As recently announced, Pioneer has changed its fiscal year end to December 31 from June 30 and as a result of this change the three months ended September 30, 2024 is the first three months of Pioneer's six month transition period ending December 31, 2024.
Net income for the three months ended September 30, 2024 was $6.3 million, or $0.25 per basic and diluted share, as compared to $3.4 million, or $0.14 per basic and diluted share for the three months ended September 30, 2023."
