Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that in view of the in principal approval granted by the Exchange for transfer of business from Geojit Financial Services Ltd. (Member No. 328) to Geojit Investments Limited through Business Transfer Agreement, the Exchange has admitted Geojit Investments Limited as Trading Member of the Exchange on 26^thJune, 2024.

Trading Members may note that since there is a continuation of business from Geojit Financial Services Ltd. to Geojit Investments Limited, the Trading Member has been allotted the same Member No.328 as that of "Geojit Financial Services Ltd.".<_o3a_p>
