The property sold for $1.9 million.

Eddie Merlot's, an award-winning steakhouse, is located on 1.53 acres at 28254 Diehl Road in DuPage County, one of Chicagoland's most coveted submarkets. The restaurant has been a tenant at the property since 2012 with four years remaining on their current lease; the building was originally constructed in 1998. The property is an outlot to Main Event and Cinemark Theatres and is near retailers including Target, Lifetime Fitness and Starbucks.
