Extreme Makeover: Home Edition has long been a staple in popular television. From 2004 to 2012, life changing home renovations brought heartwarming stories and mind-blowing builds to deserving families across the US. And now-it's back with Taylor Morrison as the official builder!
This announcement comes after the filming of the pilot episode in our Emory Crossing community in September of 2023. Get excited; the rest of the series begins filming this August!

"In all the wonderful seasons of the Extreme Makeover franchise, the show has never had an official homebuilder partner, which makes us incredibly proud to bring a new experience to the beloved formula. This will be a season unlike any other as we deliver so much more than beautiful new homes for deserving families, and I can't wait for our communities and viewers at home to witness the magic to unfold."

The founders, Clea Shearer and Joanna Teplin, offer in-person and virtual organizing services, have authored best-selling books, and even have a line of organizational products and a Netflix show. They've organized for the likes of Reese Witherspoon, Khloe Kardashian, Dan Levy, and more!
This season on Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Clea and Joanna will add their organizational spin to the series. Together, they'll team up to reduce the stress of moving, all while adding some fun and function into the process.

"Filming the pilot episode with Taylor Morrison as our builder partner made for such a wonderful experience for everyone, from the deserving family we supported, to production, to volunteers, that we knew we wouldn't want to embark on this journey with any other homebuilder. We are simply elated to build upon The Home Edit and Taylor Morrison's partnership and can't wait to finish what we've started as the rest of the series unfolds."
We are honored to be the official builder for such an iconic show. When the filming is all said and done, deserving families will be welcomed into thoughtfully designed homes, finished with organized spaces complimentary of The Home Edit, creating stress-free and memorable move-ins.
