Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 1:40 PM, Troopers arrested Travys Barros, age 26, of 24 Andem Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1) Leaving the Scene of an Accident - Damage to an Attended Vehicle and 2) Reckless Driving. This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation by Troopers and the subject surrendering himself to the Lincoln Woods Barracks. Barros was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and released pending a future Sixth District Court date.

At 11:15 PM, Troopers arrested Kiel Dailey, age 28, of Kowalik Drive, West Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1) Domestic Violence - Simple Assault / Battery and 2) Domestic Violence - Disorderly Conduct (Fighting / Tumultuous Behavior). The arrest was the result of Emergency 911 call regarding a disturbance on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Dailey was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and held overnight pending morning arraignment, where he will be presented as a probation violator in Sixth District Court.
