Bitfarms to Acquire Stronghold Digital Mining

Fried Frank is acting as counsel to Houlihan Lokey as financial advisor to the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Bitfarms Ltd. (Nasdaq/TSX: BITF) ("Bitfarms") in connection with Bitfarms' $125 million acquisition of Stronghold Digital Mining, Inc. (Nasdaq: SDIG) ("Stronghold"). Bitfarms is a global vertically integrated Bitcoin data center company. Stronghold is a vertically integrated crypto asset mining company focused on mining Bitcoin and environmental remediation and reclamation services. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the first quarter of 2025.
