Lane and ramp closures scheduled for Commercial St. and SB I 49, evening and overnight, Sept. 9 11

Flagging operation and ramp closure in Harrisonville, Sept. 9-11.

CASS COUNTY - Crews will perform pavement repair work on Commercial St. and ramp from Commercial St. to SB I-49 in Harrisonville, requiring the following closures:

7 p.m. - 6 a.m., Monday, Sept. 9 through Wednesday, Sept. 11, evening and overnight

  • Crews will have a flagging operation on Commercial St. over SB I-49.
    • This will not be a complete closure but motorists may experience delays in the area.
  • Crews will close the ramp from Commercial St. to SB I-49.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
