Preliminary Regulatory Impact Assessment

This preliminary regulatory impact assessment (PRIA) presents an analysis of the expected impacts of the U.S. Access Board's (Access Board or Board) proposed rule related to accessibility of electric vehicle (EV) chargers and EV charging stations, including the benefits and costs of the proposed rule. The PRIA is required as part of the rulemaking process under Executive Order 12866.
