Brown Rudnick Wins Two TMA Turnaround/Transaction of the Year Awards

Brown Rudnick has been recognized for its role in two high-profile bankruptcy matters at the Turnaround Management Association (TMA)'s 2024 Turnaround and Transaction of the Year Awards.

Brown Rudnick represented the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the "Mega Company Turnaround/Transaction of the Year" for Revlon's Chapter 11 case. Partner Robert Stark led the team.

The firm also represented the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the "Mid-Size Company Turnaround Transaction" for Ruby Pipeline. Stark and partner Andrew Carty led the team.

The Turnaround & Transactions of the Year Awards are chosen based on a rigorous peer-review process by the TMA Awards Committee, which includes extensive research on each nominated case and consideration of well-defined, measurable outcomes.

Winners will be honored at the TMA's Annual Conference, held Oct. 15-18 in Philadelphia.
