Health & Human Services FY26 Grant Funding

The Town of Nantucket's Health and Human Services Department is pleased to announce the release of the 2024 Request for Proposals (RFP) for both the Human Services and Substance Misuse Grants. The grants application period opened on October 1, 2024. Proposals must be submitted no later than November 4, 2024.

These grants are designed to support initiatives that address critical human service needs and substance misuse prevention and intervention within the Nantucket community. Non-profit organizations, community groups, and service providers are encouraged to apply.

As part of the application process, an information session will be held on October 18 with the committee to provide guidance and answer any questions about the grant application. Grant applications and details regarding the information session will be posted on the Health and Human Services webpage.
