Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan met with the Prime Minister of Pakistan

On July 26, 2024, Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Shahbaz Sharif received Ambassador of Tajikistan in Islamabad Sharifzoda Yusuf.

During the conversation, Shahbaz Sharif recalled his official visit to Dushanbe and expressed gratitude for the warm welcome of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon.

The Prime Minister, expressing satisfaction with the agreements reached during the visit, stated that the timely observance and implementation of these documents will further strengthen bilateral relations.

The interlocutors exchanged views on strengthening bilateral cooperation in various sectors, including education, agriculture, defense and expansion of land and air routes. Also during the meeting, they discussed regional communication development projects, including CASA-1000.
