Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 10:41 AM, Troopers arrested Jose Paz, age 39, of 245 Manton Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Fraud - Insufficient Check Funds originating out of the Johnston Police Department. This arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146, in the City of Providence. Paz was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Johnston Police Department

At 1:56 PM, Troopers arrested Mark Herd, age 58, of 275 Careswell Street, Marshfield, Massachusetts for 1.) Leaving the Scene of an Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle and, 2.) Obstructing a Police Officer. This arrest was the result of a hit and run motor vehicle accident on Route 95 South, in the City of Pawtucket. Herd was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.

At 10:03 p.m., Troopers arrested Chauntelle M. Broduer, age 37, of 64 Summit Street, Apartment 3, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Providence County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Disposition on the original charge of Possession of a Schedule I-V Controlled Substance originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department; and 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to an Attended Vehicle originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution - Women's Intake Center.

At 1:24 a.m., Troopers arrested Chavely T. Lugo Antuna, age 23, of 35 Abbotsford Street, Dorchester, Massachusetts, for Driving Under the Influence - BAC .10 - .15 - First Offense (Phase I: 0.099% & Phase II: 0.102%). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 3:12 a.m., Troopers arrested Caraleigh E. Croteau, age 23, of 245 Manton Street, Apartment 41, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence - BAC Unknown - First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Walcott Street in the City of Pawtucket. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court
