Leasa wrote in praising Erin and Grayson's hard work. "On Monday, a document I spent 2-days editing glitched and disappeared at 4:30 with a 5p deadline looming. I called the Help Desk and reached Grayson who remained calm, professional and extremely patient with me while I was having a bit of a breakdown on the other side of the phone line. When Grayson couldn't immediately recover the document, he didn't say, "so sorry," he said, "let me grab a coworker" and Erin came to assist. With both of their efforts and tons of expertise, they were able to recover my document and I was able to submit it on time.

This was a big deal. No, really, a HUGE deal. The document was related to a monitoring event (think: "audit") with the GLO and we currently have close to $50M in open GLO grant-funded projects so meeting the deadline was an absolute must and, because of Grayson and Erin's help, I was able to finalize and submit everything I needed.

I cannot tell you how clutch their assistance was for me and how much I appreciated their patient, persistent professionalism throughout."
