Working on Payment Resolution

We are aware of and working to resolve an issue where checking/savings account-based auto-pay customers were charged twice instead of once for the payment withdrawn on 7/1/24. We are actively collaborating with our bank to reverse these erroneous charges, and we expect the corrections to be processed within the next 24 hours.
