200,000 people have so far used the AI Search option on the Ask BT platform

Banca Transilvania's figures show the constant increase in the preference for the AI Search option from people who search for information on BT websites with this functionality.

The Ask, BT financial education platform is the first website of the Banca Transilvania Group to have artificial intelligence integrated: BT announced in October 2023 the new functionality, which is based on Microsoft's solution, Azure OpenAI Service, as well as the GPT-4 Turbo model. AI Search simplifies interactions and increases accessibility to the platform's content, with a direct impact on education and financial inclusion.

• Over 200,000 people - unique visitors - used AI Search, within eight months, to search for information on Ask BT about self-banking products, services and solutions.
• People who access Ask BT ask, on average, three questions and spend almost three minutes on the site.
• The most searched information searched on Ask BT with the help of artificial intelligence is about cards, accounts, BT Pay, BT24 and online payments.

Recently, the AI Search option has also been implemented on the websites of Banca Transilvania, BT Pensii and FIT - Finance for Everyone's Understanding.
