Appeal to locate missing man from Dubbo

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from the state's west.

Zakk Mason, aged 19, was last seen about 9pm yesterday (Saturday 24 August 2024) at a home on Gipps Street, Dubbo.

When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Orana Mid-Western Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family hold serious concerns for Zakk's welfare as he requires regular medication.

He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 170cm tall, of medium build with brown hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen wearing grey pants, grey t-shirt and slippers.

Zakk is known to frequent fast foods outlets in the Dubbo area and may have travelled to Gilgandra.

Anyone with information into his whereabouts is urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
