On July 14, 2024, at-risk missing person Filibert H. Cuesta was located safe and unharmed in Long Beach.

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a 77-year-old at-risk missing person, Filibert H Cuesta, who was last seen on July 13, 2024, at approximately 4:30 p.m.

Cuesta was last seen walking out of his living facility in the 2000 block of East Broadway and walking westbound on Broadway. His destination is unknown and he is new to the area. He is on foot, has no car or cell phone, and does not have a tracking device on his person. He has an unknown amount of cash. He has medical and cognitive conditions and may become disoriented.

At-risk missing person Filibert H Cuesta is described as follows:

Age: 77-years-old
Gender: Male
Race: Hispanic
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 170lbs
Hair: Bald/Gray
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: Black baseball hat with yellow letters, navy blue button up shirt and navy blue jeans.
Scars/ Marks/ Tattoos: None
Medical Alerts: He has medical and cognitive conditions and may become disoriented.
