Route 422 Benjamin Franklin Highway Restrictions Begin Tuesday in Shenango

Pittsburgh, PA - PennDOT District 11 is announcing lane restrictions on Route 422 (Ben Franklin Highway) in Shenango Township, Lawrence County will begin Tuesday, August 12 weather permitting.

Single lane restrictions on Route 422 in each direction at the Route 65 interchange will occur weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. through late October. Crews from A. Folino Construction and Gulisek Construction perform dam expansion replacement operations on the Route 65 bridge over the roadway.

Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles, including color-coded winter conditions on 2,900 miles, by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information, and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.
