16th Annual Pooch Party August 24

The pool is going to the dogs! Nampa Parks & Recreation invites you to attend the 16^th Annual Pooch Party on August 24, 2024. You and your dog will enjoy a one-mile walk around the park, followed by a dog swim in Lakeview Water Park, a foam party, pet-friendly booths, and a raffle for great prizes. Plus, your dog can become part of the entertainment! Let your dog shine in the costume contest, look-a-like, super dog tricks or canine cake walks.

Registration for the event includes a t-shirt, dog bandanna and admission for one dog into the walk and swim. All proceeds from this event support dog parks in Nampa. So come out, have a great time with your dog and support a great cause!

Register online at nampaparks.org, at the Harward Recreation Center, or at any Zamzows store until August 20.

What: 16^th Annual Pooch Party

When: Saturday, August 24, 2024

Time: 8:30am - Check-in and vendor booths open

9:30am - Walk begins

10am - VIP Swim

10:45am-12:45pm - Canine Cake Walks & Contests

11am - Pool opens

1pm - Pooch Party ends

Where: Lakeview Park near the swimming pool

Cost: $25 ($30 after August 20)
$15 for each additional dog
VIP Swim - Extra $20/dog gets you early entry into the pool (limited availability)
