Keeping Costs Down, Lights On, And California Green with Retrofitting

It's amazing the difference a new light bulb can make, especially when you've completely retrofitted the light fixture to use more energy efficient and brighter lights. It's what our CCC Sacramento Corpsmembers do well. They're actively retrofitting fixtures in staff office buildings, like the California Conservation Headquarters building. The skills they learn and use save taxpayer dollars and also require less energy to be manufactured, which can create greenhouse gases. And, the Corpsmembers have a skill that can lead to future careers. Talk about a win-win-win.
