Not a fan of singing witches or flying monkeys? Sticking around for Thanksgiving? So how about a chance to win tickets to see the new epic, Gladiator II?

Set in Ancient Rome, this sequel stars Irish heartthrob Paul Mescal as Lucius Verus Aurelius, son of the late Marcus Aurelius (played by Russell Crowe in the original 2000 Gladiator film). After his small city is ransacked by the Roman general Marcus Acacius (Pedro Pasal), he is captured and sent to Rome, where he is sold as a gladiator to the clever arms dealer Macrinus (Denzel Washington). Against his will, he must fight in the arena, as his father did, facing fellow fighters and a menacing menagerie (rhinos, sharks, and baboons).

BU Today is celebrating the release of Gladiator II with a 10-question trivia quiz. The prize? Two tickets to see the film tonight at a 7:30 pm showing at AMC Boston Common 19. Each person answering all the questions below correctly by noon today, Wednesday, November 27, will be entered into a drawing for the tickets. BU Today will announce the winner by 1 pm.
