Scituate Barracks

On Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at 10:45 AM, Troopers arrested Manuel Medina-Arroyo, age 46, of 7 Barrows Street, Providence, RI for Two Providence Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Manufacturing/ Possession with Intent to Deliver a Schedule I-II Substance originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Rhode Island Division of Motor Vehicles to take custody of the subject. The subject was transported to Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to Providence Superior Court.
