Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 11:54 PM, Troopers arrested Agustin Ordonez, age 50, of 45 Heath Street, Providence, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown - First Offense; and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test - First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Huntington Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 11:54 PM, Troopers arrested Miranda M. Howell, age 34, of 125 Harris Avenue, Apartment 118, Cranston, Rhode Island, for Obstructing a Police Officer. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Huntington Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where she was processed, and held overnight pending morning arraignment/presentment as a probation/bail violator in Sixth Division District Court.

At 1:59 AM, Troopers arrested Alexander Pichette, age 35, of 249 Tickle Road, Westport, Massachusetts for Forgery and Counterfeiting of Registration Plates. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Dean Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.

At 2:42 AM, Troopers arrested Jose Autilio Dagraca, age 30, of 47 Job Street Apt #1, Providence, Rhode Island for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving with Expired or Without License originating out of the East Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Charles Street in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the State Police - Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institute - Men's Intake Center.
