Emory's dedication to promoting a healthy workplace has significantly enhanced employee well-being and overall community health.

Additionally, Emory features a unique Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) for employees at risk for Type 2 diabetes. This one-year program, engaging 100 employees this past year, teaches participants how to eat healthily, increase physical activity and manage stress. The majority of participants - 95% - rated the program's content as excellent or very good.

Emory also promotes work-life balance with flexible schedules, gym subsidies and team-building activities that foster an inclusive culture. Employees are encouraged to participate in volunteer and charitable activities, further enriching the workplace environment.
