Variation of modern awards to include a delegates’ rights term – Reply Submission

On 2 April 2024, Ai Group filed a reply submission in the Fair Work Commission proceedings concerning the development of a delegates' rights term to be inserted into modern awards. Our reply submission addresses various claims made by other parties in their initial submissions regarding a delegates' rights term.
