Organized at the initiative of Philippe Lestrade, chairman of MSC France and managing Director of MEDLOG France, the laying of the foundation stone for the MEDLOG Inland Terminal Paris-Bruyères at the Bruyères-sur-Oise terminal marks two milestones:
MSC wants to connect this inland terminal to its maritime terminal in Le Havre, to multiply its container flows. The future platform will be dedicated to serving the Ile-de-France region, France's leading consumption area, as well as the national hinterland, thanks to the rail. It will perform several functions:
Thanks to this new site, MEDLOG will promote multimodal transport and accelerate the decarbonization of the MSC Group's last-mile logistics. This objective is part of HAROPA PORT's green multimodal logistics corridor on the Seine axis.
Expected exploitation for early 2025.
