Resignation of Chih Young Hung

On June 20, 2024, Mr. Chih Young Hung notified International Media Acquisition Corp. (the "Company") that he is resigning from the board of directors (the "Board") of the Company effective immediately. Mr. Hung's resignation was not as a result of any disagreement with the Company or the Board. Mr. Hung was a member of the Company's Compensation Committee and Audit Committee.
