Baker St. will be closed for paving on November 8th ,2024

GMI Asphalt LLC, the contractor for the Department of Public Works (DPW), will be paving Baker Street, including Branch Street, Caron Street, and Stevens Street on Friday, November 8th, 2024, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. During this time, Baker Street will be closed to all traffic.

Travelers are advised to use Wyoming Ave. as an alternative route. We kindly ask residents of Wyoming Ave. not to park on the street during paving to ensure clear two-way traffic.

Detour signs will be posted to guide traffic safely around the construction area.

Please plan accordingly, avoid the construction zone when possible, and expect potential delays. Access to properties in the affected area may be limited during this time.

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding as we work to improve our community's infrastructure.
