Lincoln Woods Barracks

At 3:16 PM, Troopers arrested Edward Luna Salcedo, age 36, of 8 Division Street, Manville, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor - BAC Unknown - Third offense, 2.) DUI of Liquor/Drugs Operating Vehicle While License Suspended/Revoked/Cancelled, 3.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test - Third + Offense 4.) Failure to Stop for Accident Resulting in Damage to Attended Vehicle 5.) Receiving Stolen Goods under $1,500, 6.) Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property, and 7.) Driving After Denial/Revocation/Suspension Certain Offenses. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 146 North in the Town of Lincoln. Salcedo was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment at Third district Court, where he will be presented as a Bail Violator.

At 10:13 PM, Troopers arrested Edmund Davis, age 30, of 2 Mattie Street, Providence, Rhode Island, on 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Scituate Barracks and 2.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Scituate Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Junction Street, in the City of Providence. Davis was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution - Men's Intake center.

At 10:27 PM, Troopers arrested Creichaun Garrett, age 28, of 21 Cushman Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for 1.) Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle and 2.) Reckless Driving. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle accident on Route 6 West, in the City of Providence. Garrett was transported to Rhode Island Hospital where he is being held. Upon release Garrett will be arraigned at Sixth District Court, where he will be presented as a Bail and Probation Violator.
