Oasis High School Celebrates 100% Graduation Rate for Class of 2024

September 11, 2024

Oasis High School proudly announces a 100% graduation rate for the Class of 2024, with all 161 seniors meeting the Florida Standard Diploma Requirements within four years.

This outstanding accomplishment exceeds the Lee County School District's graduation rate of 85.1% for the same graduating class.

Oasis Superintendent Jacquelin Collins attributes this success to the school's dedication to addressing individual student needs. "Helping Oasis students reach graduation is the result of a lot of hard work and specific attention to each student's needs," said Superintendent Jacquelin Collins. "A high graduation rate is also a reflection of a student's personal commitment to successful learning."

Oasis High School Principal Jackie Corey echoed these sentiments, expressing immense pride in the school's achievement. "This took a tremendous amount of commitment and dedication from both the teachers and students," said Corey.

Additionally, Oasis High is one of only two charter high schools in Lee County to receive an "A" grade from the Florida Department of Education. As the only K-12 municipal charter school system in Cape Coral, Oasis has also been recognized as a High Performing Charter School System and a School of Excellence.

Oasis Charter Schools, sponsored by the School District of Lee County in partnership with the City of Cape Coral, continues to make a significant impact in the community.
