NAHB Advocacy Efforts Highlighted in Monthly Update

To help members articulate key housing priorities, NAHB's Monthly Update provides the latest messaging framework for the Federation. Some highlights for August include issue updates and talking points related to:

• An analysis of mortgage rates, inflation and single-family construction forecasts from NAHB Chief Economist Robert Dietz;

• NAHB advocacy efforts are urging Congress to address the housing affordability crisis and policies related to energy codes and rent caps that will escalate costs for home buyers and renters; and
