11/12/2024 - The Trust took title December 2, 2021. The REO property has 325,184 sf GLA and the occupancy is currently 72%. The Servicer will hold the asset to pursue leasing and execute on key renews of existing tenants in order to

stabilize occupancy w hile evaluating exit timing. Cushman & Wakefield has been retained to manage and lease the office building. On 11/9/23, the Servicer executed a lease amendment with Wells Fargo to extend their lease term from
