Emily Henn Receives Distinguished Leader Award

SAN FRANCISCO-The Recorder has named Emily Henn as one of thirteen honorees of its Distinguished Leader Award. As part of the California Legal Awards, the Distinguished Leader Award honors leaders who have implemented major achievements in the last year.

Emily is a partner in Covington's Palo Alto office and serves as a member of the firm's Management and Executive Committees. She defends complex class actions in the technology and entertainment industries, among others, including privacy class actions, antitrust class actions, and a wide variety of consumer class actions under California's Section 17200 and other states' unfair competition laws.
