Lincoln Woods Barracks

On Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 1:33 PM, Troopers arrested Duarte M. Cabral, age 53, of 120 Waterman Avenue, Apartment #1, East Providence, Rhode Island, for Possession of a Controlled Substance Schedule I-V Under 10 Grams (Crack/Cocaine). This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Broad Street, in the City of Pawtucket. Cabral was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 5:18 PM, Troopers arrested Devin Silva, age 32, of 27 Orchard Street, East Providence, Rhode Island, for Domestic Felony Assault. This arrest was the result of an investigation into an incident that occurred on Route 95 North, in the City of Pawtucket. Silva was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 12:03 AM, Troopers arrested Geoffrey Parker, age 29, of 117 Capen Street, Dorchester, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Pawtucket. Parker was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.

On Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 12:32 AM, Troopers arrested Norman F. Barrett, age 50, of 74 Saddler Lane, West Barnstable, Massachusetts, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs BAC Unknown, and 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue, in the City of Providence. Barrett was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned, and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
