BakerHostetler Notches Top Ten Ranking in Midlevel Associates Survey for Fourth Consecutive Year

Using 12 aspects of job satisfaction, the Midlevel Associates Survey asks third-, fourth- and fifth-year associates at Am Law 200 firms throughout the country to rate their employers in areas such as compensation and benefits; training and guidance; relationships with partners and other associates; interest in and satisfaction with their work; the firm's policy on billable hours; technology and training; and management's transparency about strategies and partnership advancement.
