Join Us Oct. 2 For Healthiest State Annual Walk at Indianola Wellness Campus
Community members are encouraged to join together on at noon Wednesday, Oct. 2, for the Healthiest State Annual Walk at the Indianola Wellness Campus.
This yearly event, led by the Healthiest State Initiative, is an opportunity to join thousands of other Iowans statewide in walking for 30 minutes.
Being physically active is one of the most important steps that people of all ages and abilities can take to improve their health. Walking is an easy, accessible and affordable way to improve your physical, social and mental health.
This year's walk for the City of Indianola is scheduled to start at noon on Wednesday, Oct.. 2, at the Indianola Wellness Campus.
